So coming back to the topic when we install GTA V in any operating system the antivirus or windows defender recognizes a file that is "steam_api64.dll" an it quarantines it we need to give the allowance and then need to add an exclusion in the windows security or in the antivirus security this is all overall idea of what we have done.
