Gabe Howard is an award-winning public speaker who lives with bipolar disorder. He hosts the weekly podcast, "Inside Mental Health" for Healthline Media and is the author of the popular book, “Mental Illness is an Asshole and other Observations,” available at all major bookstores.
Among his many awards, he is the recipient of Mental Health America’s Norman Guitry Award and received a resolution from the Governor of Ohio naming him an “Everyday Hero.” The Inside Mental Health podcast has been honored by both the National Alliance on Mental Illness and WEGO Health.

Lukas Seifert is a 20-year-old student at the University of Oxford, studying English. He grew up in Malta and at age 17 he joined the German army, serving for nine months. While at Oxford, Lukas spent 3 terms working for the Oxford Union, the world's most prestigious speaking and debating society, where he strived to raise mental health awareness. Lukas is also the co-founder and co-host of the LOAF podcast, discussing film, music and current affairs. Lukas is a karate brown belt and plays the piano and the drums. Amongst his many passions he enjoys reading, acting and cracking jokes.
