The Frederique Constant SmartWatch Vitality Watch FC-287 uses a LIR3032 rechargeable battery. To replace the battery, follow these steps:

2. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the watch.

4. Remove the old battery from the compartment.
5. Insert the new battery into the compartment, making sure that the positive (+) terminal is facing up.
