Here’s your guide on how to add more money to your Gift card using ZOTA POS. Adding money on your gift cards has never been this easy with the use of ZOTA POS. Elevating your gift card balance is a breeze with ZOTA POS. In just a few ZOTA POS clicks, you'll enhance your gift cards' value for your customers, their friends, and family to conveniently pay for various services or products.
Here’s how to load up your gift card through ZOTA POS:
❶ Add Funds Without a Sale:
❷ Hit "Balance."
❸ Input Manager Password, then click "OK."
❹ Select "Read Card”
❺ Swipe the gift card on the terminal.
❻ On ZOTA POS, tap "+$/PTS."
❼ Enter the desired Gift Card amount.
❽ Input a reason, and press "OK."
❾ Opt for "Print" to generate the Gift Card Activation Slip.
❿ Return to the main screen by tapping "Cancel."
