At the end of the video there is a boss fight first lost resulting in a game over than a victory. Gameplay is captured on the PC.
Forest of the Blue Skin is metroidvania style but I found it hard to navigate it. The maps and progression are a bit alambicate, but the flow of the fight and the controls are ok. You need to defeat various cute girl monsters like the strong one presented at the end of this clip and you can steal their power after they are defeated (there is a nice way to do that). Those powers will help you be stronger or reach places you otherwise couldn't (like a double jump).
Of course there are weaker monsters like puppet girls, cat girls, mummy girls and all sorts of other monster girls.
The game is created by developer: zell999 (also named zell23) who also made ShiroNoYakata
In order to get his game (which is free) you need to go to his blog which is unfortunatelly in japanese but with a bit of persistence you will be able to download it.
Since the original blog is in japanese I couldn't find anything resembling with a description.
