CORRECTION
► At one point in this video I state that tests showed the dam should not be filled above a height 700 metres (or 2297 feet). I phrased this terribly, so it sounds like I'm talking about the maximum depth of the lake. Actually I'm referring to the maximum altitude (or height above sea level) that the surface of the lake could reach.
