Magical Treasure Chest -- I didn't record this one as I looted it a day before. But here are some details.
You will find a fish named Lionel at /way 40.59 59.95 -- talk to Lionel, then grab 5 x Plump Snapcrab found in the same isle, toward the southwest shore. Their name text is yellow, and they are small. Once you collect 5, bring them to Lionel and talk to him. The Magical Treasure Chest spawns next to Lionel. Loot it.
