A full body workout at home with only 4 simple bodyweight exercises in less than 20 minutes - no equipment needed so you can start now!
The workout is at a chilled pace good for beginners but if you have to switch to the simpler exercise/ variation then make sure you do that rather than stopping!
After I stopped filming I did another two rounds of this whole body workout - Rd 2 with variation 2 (the simpler exercise) and Rd 3 with the slightly more intensive exercise variation 1, with about 4 minutes break in between each round!
Play around with it, there's no rules to any of these exercise routines only that you commit and finish what you started in order to reap the benefits!

Challenging / Simplified
1) Squat Jumps / Squats
2) V-sits / Crunches
3) Burpees / Burpee Without Jump
4) Push ups / Pushups on knees
5) 1 Minute Plank to finish.
