🔷 Sacred Weapon & Magic Weapon makes Devotion Paladin a self-sufficient GWM user. On top of Smites damage in between attacks.
🔻 Notes below:
◆ Sacred Weapon (Oath of Devotion) adds Charisma modifier to your attack rolls. That would be +4 for 18 CHA Paladin.
◆ Magic Weapon adds +1 Attack and Damage roll to your weapon. More attack rolls to negate the penalty on Great Weapon Master feat.
◆ Great Weapon Master Feat adds +10 flat damage to 2H melee weapon attacks but receive -5 penalty to attack rolls. Additionally, GWM user can make an attack using Bonus Action when they killed an enemy or scored a Critical Hit.
◆ Sanctuary (Oath of Devotion) to make yourself untargetable for 10 turns until you harm or attack another creature.
◆ Drow Half-Elf starts with 17 Charisma, use Volo Eye to round up 18 CHA so you could take GWM Feat at level 4.
◆ Bliss Spores: you get this condition after completing Spaw quest, only lasts till Long Rest. Granting +1d6 to attack rolls, ability checks and saving throws.
