try Force Restart Your iPhone
press the Volume Up and Volume Down
Press and hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears on the screen.
OR use Downgrade with D-Back
If you're impatient, you can downgrade using D-Back.
Back up your data before downgrading to ensure data security.
Open D-Back and connect your phone.
Click the iphone recovery button.

Next
Select Downgrade and download the corresponding firmware.
Once finished, click the Initiating Downgrade button.
D-Back will begin downgrading your iPhone back to iOS 16.
After the downgrade is complete, set up your iPhone again.
