Reflections of My Fifth Week as a Sales Engineer | Orientation, Team Building, and Mentors
This past week, I had the amazing opportunity to fly to Sunnyvale, California, for a special orientation at the Juniper headquarters. It was an insightful experience, similar to the sales kickoff in Vegas but on a smaller scale with about 63 new hires from all over the world, including the Netherlands and various parts of the U.S.
👥 The smaller group size made it easier to connect and get to know everyone, making the entire experience more personal and impactful. We engaged in various activities, including Top Golf - a chance for networking and a little friendly competition (though I admit, my golf skills need some work!).
🌐 This week has been full of amazing insights and experiences, and I'm excited to share these with you. Next week, I'll be on PTO, but I'll be back soon to update you on my sixth week as a sales engineer.
