Create a contact group / distribution list in Outlook by Chris Menard
Do you email the same people all the time? If yes, you need to create a Contact Group in Microsoft Outlook. Contact groups are also called "Distribution Lists".
The steps below work in Outlook 2010, Outlook 2013, Outlook 2016, Outlook 2019, and Microsoft 365 Outlook desktop.
