How to Stop & Start on a Hill: Three Effective Strategies
This video focuses on how to stop and start on a hill by considering several scenarios or circumstances that a number of you have asked me about. This video is a follow up to the video I posted almost a year ago on how to avoid stalling a motorcycle.
I'll begin by going over how to stop on a hill and what to do when stopping uphill. Then we'll take a look at how to take off from a hill or incline under different scenarios, such as how to take off on a right turn, from a stop sign, on an incline; and what to do when stopping uphill on a bike that is heavy, requiring you to keep both feet on the ground.
