Interactive 5D - passport is a model of a structure (building, structure) created electronically in 3D format using information modeling technology and including information about the position of the elements of the object in space and time, as well as other characteristics related to the operation of the object and integrated into the model as separate information layers, like a 5D model.
The creation of an interactive passport is based on blockchain technology, which allows distributing a database about the created object, containing information about all transactions carried out between all network participants throughout the entire life cycle of a real estate object.
The main advantages of an interactive passport are:
-accuracy, clarity of the object due to visualization;
saving time in the development of design solutions for the reconstruction of the facility;
reducing the cost of construction and operation of the facility;
efficiency in the management of real estate at the stage of operation.
