FALLOUT 4: Character BUILD Guide! (How to Build Your Character in Fallout 4)
Hey guys, today’s video is sort of a follow up from yesterday’s because I loved how so many people were sharing their builds. I thought it would be cool to make a character build guide for you all. I will be rapid firing basic template ideas for you all to build off of for your characters, so I won’t be going too in depth. I’ll leave my personal notes in the description below since there are so many. Enjoy!

MELEE:
Unarmed – Iron Fist premiere perk, can be paired Sneak (Ninja).
Melee – Big Leagues premiere perk, can be paired with Sneak (Ninja).
Sneak – Ninja premiere perk, either unarmed or melee.
Strength – Pain Train premiere perk, any form of melee combat.
Agility – Blitz premiere perk, any form of melee combat.
Luck – Four Leaf Clover premiere perk, any form of melee combat.
RANGED:
Long – start 5 or 6 PER (bobblehead), premiere perks Rifleman and Sniper, can be paired with Sneak (Ninja).
Short – start 6 AGI, premiere perks Gunslinger and Commando, can be paired with Sneak (Ninja).
Heavy Gunner – start 5 STR, premiere perk Heavy Gunner, can be paired with PER/AGI/LCK.
Energy Weapons – start 6 INT, premiere perk Science!, can be paired with PER/AGI/LCK.
Explosives – start 5 PER, premiere perk Demolition Expert, can be paired with PER/AGI/LCK.
Sneak – start 7 AGI, premiere perk Ninja, can be paired with anything, PER Night Person.
Perception – start 7 or 8 PER (bobblehead), premiere perk Concentrated Fire, can be paired with AGI/LCK.
Agility – start 8 AGI, premiere perk Gun Fu, can be paired with PER/LCK.
Luck – start 7 LCK, premiere perk Four Leaf Clover, can be paired with PER/AGI.
NON-COMBAT:
Survival – start 8 END, premiere perk Solar Powered, can be paired with PER (Night Person).
Cannibal – start 6 END, premiere perk Cannibal, can be paired with anything.
Companion – start 6 CHA, premiere perk Inspirational, can be paired with Attack Dog.
Settlement – start 6 CHA, premiere perk Local Leader, can be paired with INT.
Chemist – start INT 6, premiere perk Chemist, can be paired with anything.
Robotics Expert – start INT 6, premiere perk Robotics Expert, can be paired with CHA.
Charisma – start CHA 8, premiere perk Intimidation, can be paired with anything.
Intelligence – start 8 INT, premiere perk Nerd Rage!, can be paired with anything.
