Today's Walking Workout is knee-friendly, with no repeats, and it's a great fat-burning movement for you!

WORKOUT DETAILS:
➡️ Duration: 45 Minutes
➡️ Intensity: Sweaty 💧💧
➡️ No Equipment
➡️ 30 Sec Work, 30 Sec Walk
➡️ You'd be burning an average of 300 - 600 calories depending on your weight, body composition and exercise intensity.
