AnimSchool student Igor Madeira shares his experience creating an animation using trending audio from the “Possessed by an Owl” meme, and offers some insight to his animation process from reference to final animation. His shot was featured in the 2024 AnimSchool Student Showcase.
At AnimSchool, students often film and act out scenes themselves to better capture their animated characters’ movements for reference. They choose lines from movie and television show dialogue, pairing them with animation they created with guidance from their instructors in LIVE online classes.
