Ingredients:
Cake
3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Coffee
3 tbsp Water
200g Sugar
200g Butter
4 Eggs
200g Plain Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
Icing
180g Icing Sugar
50g Cocoa Powder
80g Butter
5 tbsp Milk
Directions:
1) Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease and line 2 round 8 inch tins.
2) In a bowl add the cocoa powder, coffee and water and mix together to make a paste.
3) Next add the sugar, butter, eggs.
4) Sift the flour and baking powder in.
5) Mix altogether until you have a smooth batter.
6) Pour the batter evenly between 2 tins and place in the oven.
7) Remove from oven when a toothpick comes out clean and let the cakes cool completely.
8) In another bowl add the icing sugar, cocoa powder, butter and milk and mix together.
9) Place some icing in between the two cakes and cover the while cake.
10) Cut and Enjoy!!
