Compol Williams Visits the Krooman Lagoon Area in Hopes of Expelling MS13 Gang Members in the Area
MS13 gang members have been terrorizing residents of the Krooman Lagoon area for quite some time now. Residents have been living in fear and chose not to speak out because of threats made. But things are changing and these thugs are being driven out of the community. The end to their reign of terror began over the weekend when they attacked an elderly woman and burnt down her daughter’s house. Two of the culprits are in police detention and police are looking for two more. Commissioner of Police, Chester Williams was in the area today speaking to residents who say that the gang members have been controlling the supply of water in the area. Williams wants them jailed and possibly out of the country which is why he has instructed his officers to work closely with the Immigration Department. Senior Reporter Hipolito Novelo reports was with the Commissioner today as he personally went into the area.
