500,000 Steps completed!
Today is day 28 on my 100 days to do 2,000,000 steps - Feet Vs Belly challenge! Can I do 2 million steps in 100 days (20,000 steps a day)? And what will the results be if I do? Can I reduce my body fat? Will I be fitter and healthier? Can I fix my fatty liver or increase my testosterone levels?
Today I will demonstrate the benefits of having a walking pad and update you on the benefits and struggles I've experienced. And I'll do 9000+ steps to show that it's easier to do than you think.
