The present moment is constantly changing and can shift in the blink of an eye, yet we often take it for granted. Our minds wander to the past and the future, causing us to overlook the beauty that surrounds us in the here and now. We forget to cherish the very moment we're living, instead we are focusing on what has been and what could be. It's easy to get lost in memories of the past or caught up in plans for the future, but we must remember to appreciate the present moment. The natural beauty of the UK's landscapes reminded us of the wonders that exist in the world around us. By taking the time to appreciate our surroundings, we can experience the fullness of life and enjoy every moment as it comes. The beauty of a life and the beauty of a moment which we are experiencing right now should be what we live for. Not the past, not the future… but right now.
