Attention: All Head of the Institutions (HOIs) affiliated to WBCHSE
It has come to the knowledge of the undersigned from different sources that
several schools were not able to fill up the enrolment forms for appearing in the
Higher Secondary Examination, 2025 till date in spite of extension of date till
21.12.2024.
Now, considering several requests from the institutions and the interest of the
students, the undersigned is pleased to open the process of online enrolment for
the students appearing H.S. Examination, 2025 from 26.12.2024 (Thursday) to
31.12.2024 (Tuesday) with late fine.
All the concerned Head of the Institutions are requested to fill up the Enrolment
Forms through online mode by visiting the Council website:
https://wbchseapp.wb.gov.in/portal/se...
Please note that further extension of date of enrollment will not be entertained
under any circumstances.

Attention: All Head of the Institutions (HOls) affiliated to WBCHSE
It has been observed that several institutions have failed to upload the Practical and
Project Marks of their students as per the notification vide no. LIPR/413/2024 dated
20/11/2024, as the school authorities have forgotten their login Id/Password which
were set by them in the previous year.
Under the situation, the Council has given the access to retrieve the password by
visiting the portal: https://wbchseexam.wb.gov.in:8080/exi... and clicking on the
"Forgot Password" button after entering their respective User Name and Captcha. The
default password will be sent to their respective e-mail id of the schools available with
the Council. The Institution can then login to the portal with the password received via
email.
It may be noted that the User Name of the Institute is "hm' followed by the 6 digit H.S.
Code of the Institution (e.g. if H.S. Code of any Institution is 101001 then the User
Name would be "hm101001" in small letters).
Necessary action from the concerned HOls affiliated to the Council may be taken
accordingly.
