Ever since my buddy Mike taught me what duotone images were back in college, I have been obsessed with them. The only way I knew to create them was by bringing them into Photoshop and changing the colorspace of the image. This, of course, was not only time consuming, but also what I would consider a destructive change. So I was pleasantly surprised a little while ago to find the "Duotones" plugin for Figma. In this tutorial, I walk you through how to use the plugin to create duotone images in a few simple steps. Best of all, changes are made quickly in a separate fill layer, so it is always simple to backtrack or make changes. This one I end up using A LOT (including in my new thumbnails). What do you think about this plugin?
