Enable Blender AMD GPU HIP Rendering On Linux

Unfortunately this only works on Ubuntu, the installer won’t run on similar operating systems like KDE Neon as far as I know.

Run These Commands ###

1. Downloads Driver
wget https://repo.radeon.com/amdgpu-instal...

2. Install Driver
sudo dpkg -i amdgpu-install_5.4.50401-1_all.deb && amdgpu-install -y

3. Change group access , this is what probably is stopping you from enabling HIP
sudo usermod -a -G video $USER && sudo usermod -a -G render $USER

restart your computer

I found this fix here https://askubuntu.com/questions/14349... and changing my user account permissions at the end is what fixed it for me

Also the AMD pro render only works for Ubuntu 18.04.0, it wont run on Ubuntu 22 versions.
