this is the solution how to fix a printer's ink pad is at the end of its service life. please contact epson support on Epson L1300
Click the EPSON Adjustment Program Resetter L130 L220 L310 L360 L365 and Resetter EPSON L1300
Then right-click and run as administrator
Then click the particular adjustment mode
Then click Waste ink pad counter
check the Main pad counter
Then click initialize
Click OK ... Click OK ... Click Finish ... Previous ... and finally click quit

Now the lights on the printer look normal
