How to Create and Edit WordPress Footer | Build WordPress Footer Menu | Kadence | Full Site Editing
In this tutorial, we’re learning how to edit WordPress footer. We explained how to customize the footer using two different themes. We used Kadence and the default Twenty Twenty-Four theme. Kadence uses a special footer builder while the Twenty Twenty-Four theme uses Full Site Editing. The Kadence footer builder for WordPress method is also seen on other themes such as Blocksy and Astra. So after watching this tutorial, you’ll have an idea how to use this type of footer builder for WordPress.
We built a standard footer that you see on many websites. We also showed how to create a WordPress footer menu and display that menu in the footer. In order to create the footer, we followed the design of a Kadence starter site. This type of footer is best for blogs as it has a footer menu, along with the category list for blog posts. In the tutorial, we also showed how to change copyright footer text in WordPress.
