3 cloves garlic
1 medium size onion
1kg of pork ribs
few dash of salt
1/2 tsp of ground pepper
3 tbsp of soy sauce
2 p cs bay leaves
3 tbsp of vinegar
water
3 pcs star anise
1 pcs pork cubes
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp oyster sauce
30g butter
2 tsp cornstarch slurry (water + cornstarch)
