"Numen" is a digital piano suite telling divine stories of Greek goddesses and nymphs. This suite emphasizes magic and mystery through enigmatic trills, sparkling arpeggios, and more.
The first piece, Epione, is about the goddess of healing. The trills of bleeding, followed by a dance of healing and a disorienting spell all detail a mysterious encounter with Epione.
The second piece, Selene, tells the emotional story of a mercurial moon goddess during one eventful night. With the moon rising in the intro, life coming out in the night, and the still ocean morphing into a hectic series of crashing tides, Selene is a soft piece with brash moments of chaos.
The third piece, Hyades, describes many elegant nymphs that bring rain. It includes many intricate, wavy, and scattering sections that all allude to various forms of rain.
