Why a Sequence gives duplicate values!
It is common knowledge that every time you request the next value from a sequence, you get a new number. That is the entire purpose of sequences ... no duplicates! But there is a special case you need to be aware of, where you might get duplicate key violations even though you are populating that unique key with a call to SEQUENCE.NEXTVAL.....
