Estimation is pretty hard to do especially for new engineers
In this video, I talk how estimating how long it would take a work to do is pretty hard for anybody, let alone new software engineers. One of the skillsets that all software engineers need to build is learning how to properly estimate small task then bigger ones as you continue to grow your career.
