I Stuffed CHILLI PEPPERS with Tuna and It Changed My Life!
This dish form the southern region of Calabria uses the little round mildly chilli peppers which is both sweet and spicy. The peppers are cooked in vinegar, wine and water, then stuffed with a delicious mix of tuna, capers and anchovies. This is a fun and delicious way to use tuna in a recipe you probably never tasted! These are great to serve in an aperitivo or as snack...i also love to crush them on a toasted sourdough bread...how ever you eat them, you will fall in love with this little pepper and tuna treat!
