The CARESTREAM DRX-1 System unleashed the power of the X-Factor, with the world’s first wireless, cassette-sized detector. Its advanced platform allowed a
single DRX detector to work seamlessly across the entire family of DRX products.
Soon after, we introduced the second-generation DRX detector, a lighter, faster
detector with enhanced features.
Now, our newly designed, small-format detector conforms to ISO 4090-size
standards and provides greater positioning flexibility, especially in bassinets.
The CARESTREAM DRX Plus 2530C Detector offers:
• X-Factor Thinking – enables sharing the detector
across our entire DRX family of products.
• A smaller design for fast, easy positioning in
pediatric incubator trays.
• Cesium iodide (Csl) design for dose-sensitive
pediatric applications.
