NATURAL LIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY PHOTO SHOOT WITH CIRCUS HULA GIRL: SHOOTING FOR FUN WITH THE CANON EOS 80D
Working in natural light can be such a rewarding thing. Getting the right light is a great deal easier if the actual light of the actual day you are shooting in is ideal. Overcast skies have always been nature’s softbox. Each cloud is a light modifier in itself. Taking the somewhat harsh light of direct sun and making it just the way you like it.
In this photo shoot, circus model Bree and I, go on a small half day adventure to capture great shots. We went to two great spots. With weather that was sometimes cooperative and sometimes not too cooperative, we came out with some really nice fashion, shots and some really great beauty portraits for her portfolio and mine.
I also discuss how sometimes shooting a photo shoot for free can be a good thing.
I pride myself in taking great portraits as well and I think that we came up with some really good portraits on this video.
Equipment used in this photoshoot are:
Canon EOS 80D with the Canon 70-200mmL lens. That is about it. Nothing more was used. I could have used an assistant on this shoot but that is the subject of a whole other video for sure
