I-X Launch
Launch of I-X, an initiative of Imperial College London, with a keynote address ‘AI-X and Gen Alpha’ by Professor Maja Pantic, Professor of Affective and Behavioural Computing and the AI Scientific Research Lead at Meta. I-X is Imperial’s strategic initiative in Artificial Intelligence and Data Sciences, which is advancing both the fundamentals and the application of AI in a uniquely collaborative environment. I-X’s vision is to deliver transformational research, teaching and innovation, co-locating staff, students, and industry, to build a new model of co-discovery and co-creation in the digital space. I-X is based in the I-Hub at Imperial’s White City Campus, which itself is part of the wider White City Innovation District, including cutting-edge start-ups, scaleup companies and industry leaders
