HOW TO AD LIB ON ANY SONG! In this tutorial we tackle the topic of ad libbing with 4 simple rules that will take any melody from bland and boring to super cool! Try practicing along with the video, pausing after each section to work on perfecting each rule.
RULE #1: Change the dynamics & articulations.
RULE #2: Change the rhythm.
RULE #3: Repeat a note.
RULE #4: Add a different note.
