Charity Shop Short 542469RX Project MC2 H2O Powered RC Car. Charity Shop Gold or Garbage? I did not buy this but it certainly caught my eye. I filmed it with my LG Spirit mobile phone so the resolution is not the best.
At home I Googled it and found it is the 542469RX Project Mc2 H2O Powered RC Car by MGA Entertainment (HK). The user manual is available from several sites.

It is radio controlled at a very basic level, one button for forwards and one button for reverse/turn.
I liked the removable engine/battery pack idea.
The packaging indicates it is H2O powered which I suspect may be misleading.
From the instructions I see the little fuel can is for water that you pour into the petrol cap at the back to complete the electrical circuit to allow the car to drive and an additional feature is steam should come out of the exhaust pipes.
I have also watch some of the existing YouTube videos on this car and it looks like my guess is right, no electrolysis here, just using water to complete the electrical circuit.
I have a car with a similar water fill feature but it's not RC and does not steam.
