Pyre is a Sports Game disguised as a Fantasy RPG, complete with teams, strategies, and rosters to manage. The real magic is how Pyre's story influences the game-play, and when the two come together we have one of the greatest sports games I've ever played. More importantly, Pyre feels like a return to the Arcade Sports classics of the 90s and 2000s.
