In some universes and fans could not be happier. And now he’s getitng his own solo film?
Remember, Channing Tatum was announced as Gambit years ago at Comiccon WITH Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman. But then FOX was bought out and the film was scrapped. There has been no role the actor has wanted more than playing this X-Men.
But with the enthusiasm around his recent appearance, Deadpool and Wolverine momentum, along with Ryan Reynolds support, Channing Tatum is riding that wave and told Kevin Feige and Marvel he still wants it. And the surprising news? They haven’t said no.
That means they will look at reactions to videos like this. So what do you think? Should Channing Tatum play Gambit in a solo film? I think he will at least be in Secret Wars due to fan excitement but its up to you to decide if he will be part of the MCU.
