In this weekend vlog, I’m sharing what I cooked, where I went, and some fun moments from my weekend! You’ll see my favorite Chicken Yakhni Pulao recipe, a beautiful beachside cycling spot, and a little furniture shopping for Aisha. CHICKEN YAKHNI PULAO:

700 grams chicken

For the stock:

8 whole garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
1 medium onion
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp coriander seeds
2 green cardamom
1-2 cinnamon stick
3-4 cloves
Salt
1/2 tsp black peppercorns
1 litre Water

For the rice:

2 1/2 cups basmati rice
1 large onion sliced
Oil
Ghee
Cinnamon stick
2 green cardamom
3 cloves
1/2 tsp black peppercorns
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup whisked yoghurt
1 tsp red chilli powder
Black pepper powder
Coriander leaves
2 green chillies (optional)
1 chicken stock cube
Stock 4 1/4 cup
Salt
