Splash Mountain at Disneyland is closing Forever! And so we visit on the Final day of Brer Rabbit's famous log ride, which from 1989-2023 has been delighting and soaking guests, who for 34 years have visited the Laughing place, the Briar patch, and climbed up inside Chickapin hill to Splash down
along the rivers of America in Critter Country in Disneyland!
We take you inside the final day from Pre-opening to Post-closing, both inside the ride with multiple splashdowns and commentary, and outside to see the characters, hubbub, the final farewells, and even see Tony Baxter himself, the creator of Splash Mountain ... well, we'll get to that!
See Tiana's Bayou adventure as it was "back in our day!" and travel back one last time to the laughing place of our childhoods ! Disneyland style!
