there's a new rune on the wall, that will unlock the last room (Dormant Alcove)
05.collect 30+ Cosmic Energy from killing the devourers
06.use the Locus Shift inside Gravid Repose to teleport to the Interior Locus,
07.use the 2nd Locus Shift to teleport to the Dormant Alcove.
