Let's show you how to fix the problem when Whatsapp is not ringing and your iPhone.
In this video, I walk you through the steps to fix when your WhatsApp call is not ringing. First, go to Settings and then go to Whatsapp. Under Notifications ensure that Allow Notifications is on. Next, under Settings, General go to Background App Refresh and ensure that Wifi and Cellular Data is on. Last, go to Settings, General, Reset and reset the network settings.
