if elif else - Beginners Python
In this video, I show you the if elif and else statement along with multiple variations of how to use it. First, we take a look at the basic if statement with a simple criteria followed by the same simple if statement with a slightly different criteria. Next, we look at another way the if statement can be used, using a not equal criteria. After that, we look at the if elif statement and the if else statements and their applications. Lastly, we combine it all and take a look at if elif else statements and finally, the nested if statement.
The if elif else statement is one of the main building blocks in learning to code in python. The if elif else statement can be used to set different actions in your code to different criteria being met and makes your code way more dynamic.
