In this tutorial, you will learn how to stretch an image in Photoshop.

Make sure the layer you want to stretch is selected. Click on the "Edit" menu, point to "Transform", then select "Scale". This will bring up the sizing handles, which you can drag them. Once you are satisfied, press the "Enter" key to confirm the change.
