How to resolved the JRE was not found in directory, please edit your environment and set the java home when run weblogic version wls_12.1.3.0.0

1. set path to the C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\user_projects\domains\base_domain\bin.
2. open setDomainEnv.cmd
3. edit DEFAULT_BEA_JAVA_HOME, DEFAULT_SUN_JAVA_HOME and JAVA_HOME
4. set JAVA_HOME to installation directory JDK and Save.
5. Try to start weblogic
