How to Download Microsoft 365 and Office Applications for Offline Install | Install Office 365 Offline.
This video tutorial shows you how to download Microsoft 365 and Office Applications offline and install on as many PCs as you want instead of downloading and installing on every single PC.
Link to download Office Deployment Tool (ODT)

Download XML file from the shared link below, copy and paste into the ODT folder on the C drive. Run the installation commands as shown in the video

If you can't open or access the XML file, click on the link below
https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/o...
When the link opens, scroll down and select "Office for Business" under "Select your plan".
Scroll down again to select the version of Office you want to download under "Which version of Office do you want to install"
In my case I selected "Install the 64-bit version of Office365_Business"
Copy and paste the Configuration code into a blank text file in Notepad
Save the file as installOfficeBusRet64.xml in the ODT folder as mention in the video
