Automated bar feeder for precision cutting machine
This is our automated bar loader and feeding system for our precision bar cutting machine. These bars are 0.500" 304 stainless. This machine can cut inconel, beryllium, titanium or just plain steel up to 1.250" diameter. Accuracy of length and squareness is +/- 0.005" with little or no bur. The bar ends have a ground finish.
This machine is ideal for induction forging or rapid CNC lathe machining.
