INGREDIENTS:
For the loaf:
2 cups white flour
3/4 cup white sugar or similar sugar alternative of your choice (another substitute may affect the final outcome)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Zest of 1 lemon
1 and 1/2 cups thick coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence or flavor

DIRECTIONS:
