This is how you use the Color Replacement Tool to Change Color of anything in Photoshop CC 2022.

The color replacement brush or tool is not the best way to change color in photoshop, especially when applied right on the original image as it is destructive, and very sensitive unless you are just changing a solid color, then it's okay. At the 5:00 minute mark I show a better way to use the Color Replacement Tool that's non-destructive as I combine it with layer masks.
