It was the hit song of MGM’s backstage musical “Dancing Lady,” which starred Joan Crawford, Clark Gable, Franchot Tone, and 34 year-old Broadway star Fred Astaire in his film debut (though “Flying Down To Rio” would be released just weeks after “Dancing Lady”).
